Winemakers and vendors from 15 sustainable, biodynamic wineries, including the Mendocino Wine Company, Parducci Wine Cellars and Paul Dolan Vineyards will also provide wine tastings of different varietals of sustainable, biodynamic wines. Guests will have an opportunity to gain in-depth perspective about how the wineries are using sustainable, biodynamic methods, such as natural fertilizers and water-recycling processes, to produce world-class chardonnays, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, merlot, zinfandel, sauvignon blanc, and other wines.
Throughout the night, live jazz music will be performed by internationally renowned songwriter and keyboardist Michael Ruff and his trio, Tennyson Stephens and Friends, and Kenny Endo Trio. The Michael Ruff trio will kick off the evening with contemporary jazz pieces, followed by vocal stylist and jazz pianist Tennyson Stephens and Friends. The magical evening of music and sustainable sustenance will conclude with the combination of East West melodies to the rhythms of taiko drums and bass guitar by Kenny Endo Trio.
