The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas, overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean on the Kauai’s north shore, harnesses the island’s freshest local ingredients to guide locavores on a culinary journey, exploring the island from high and low – land to sea. Dining at The Westin Princeville is synonymous with dining local; some dozen island vendors, from farms to fishermen, are highlighted on The Westin Princeville’s menus.

The Westin Princeville’s signature restaurant, Nanea Restaurant and Bar, features intimate indoor seating or open outdoor terrace seating areas with distant ocean views.  Delight in island-inspired cuisine throughout the day with menus utilizing vibrant farm greens, fresh local catch with an international flair. In the evenings, Nanea’s five-course Tasting Journey pairs delectable wines with seasonal dishes from savory to sweet. Gluten-free and vegan menus are also available, and chefs are delighted to personalize offerings based on guests’ dietary restrictions.

Bikinis and boardshorts are welcome at the poolside Wailele Bar, offering casual fare for lunch, afternoon pupu (appetizers) and an array of refreshing tropical beverages. Located adjacent to The Westin Princeville's main swimming pool, guests can savor a distant view of the Pacific Ocean and cascading wailele - the Hawaiian word for waterfall - that can often be seen from the surrounding majestic mountain peaks of Namolokama, Hihimanu and Mamalahoa.

Princeville Market at The Westin Princeville offers light fare and freshly brewed Starbucks coffee drinks for those on-the-go.  More than just a café, the market also offers items such as fresh island fish caught by local fishermen that are marinated and prepped by the resort chefs, ready to be thrown onto one of the resort's 20 self-serve barbecue grills or cooked in the comfort of your spacious villa kitchen or kitchenette.
