Juice of ½ Fresh Lime
¼ oz Agave Nectar
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz Kai Coconut Sochu
Combine ingredients into mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with pineapple
